Little Nudge ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

Little Nudge is designed to work primarily on your device.

A. Information Stored Locally On Your Device

The following information is stored only on your device:

  • Names of people you add
  • Reminder frequency settings
  • Contact history (marked as contacted)
  • App preferences (including Faith Mode setting)

We do not transmit or store this personal information on external servers.

B. Anonymous Usage Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to collect limited, non-personal usage data to improve the app.

This may include:

  • app_open
  • add_person
  • set_frequency
  • notification_permission_result (granted / denied)
  • nudge_received
  • nudge_tapped_open
  • mark_contacted
  • contact_action_tapped (text / call)
  • pro_paywall_view
  • pro_purchase_success
  • pro_restore_success

This data:

  • Does NOT include names
  • Does NOT include phone numbers
  • Does NOT include message content
  • Does NOT include contact details
  • Is not linked to your identity
  • Is not used for advertising

We use this data strictly to understand feature usage and improve user experience.

2. Notifications

Little Nudge uses local notifications scheduled directly on your device.

We do not send remote push notifications from a server.

Notification permission is fully controlled by you and can be changed anytime in your device settings.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Purchases and subscriptions are processed securely by Apple via the App Store or Google via Google Play, depending on your platform.

We do not collect or store payment information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

We do not share personal relationship data with third parties.

Anonymous analytics data is processed through Google Firebase Analytics in accordance with Google's privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

All relationship data remains on your device unless you delete the app.

If you uninstall the app, locally stored data may be deleted by the operating system.

Analytics data retention is governed by Firebase's standard retention policies.

6. Children's Privacy

Little Nudge is not directed at children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Control

You may:

  • Delete people from the app at any time
  • Disable notifications in system settings
  • Disable analytics collection via device-level privacy controls (if available)
  • Uninstall the app to remove local data

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a new Effective Date.
