Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Little Nudge, a mobile app that helps you keep up with the people in your life through simple reminders and lightweight relationship tracking.

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Little Nudge, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About the Service

Little Nudge is a personal relationship reminder app. It helps you keep track of people, set reminder frequencies, and note when you have reached out.

The app is intended for lawful personal use only. You are responsible for how you use reminders, contact actions, and any information you choose to store in the app.

3. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, Valor Apps LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Little Nudge on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with the rules of the app store from which you downloaded it.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the app except as allowed by law
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law
  • Use the app in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or interferes with the service

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your device, operating system, and app version reasonably up to date
  • Using reminder and contact features in a lawful and respectful manner
  • Managing any personal information you choose to enter into the app
  • Reviewing your device settings for notifications, permissions, and purchases

5. Purchases and Billing

Some features may require a paid purchase or subscription. Billing, payment processing, refunds, and transaction handling are managed by Apple through the App Store or Google through Google Play, depending on your device.

We do not collect or store your full payment card information. Your purchase is also subject to the terms and policies of the platform you use.

6. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it will renew automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period. The applicable price, billing period, and included features are shown in the purchase flow at the time of purchase.

Renewal charges are billed by the platform associated with your account unless auto-renew is turned off in time under that platform's rules.

7. Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app alone does not cancel an active subscription.

Subscription changes, renewal timing, billing notices, and refunds are controlled by Apple or Google, not by Valor Apps LLC.

8. Intellectual Property

Little Nudge, including its design, branding, text, graphics, software, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Valor Apps LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Little Nudge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the app will always meet your expectations or be available on every device.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor Apps LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, profits, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the Effective Date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
