Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form a simple end user license agreement for Little Nudge, a relationship reminder app designed to help people remember to reach out, stay in touch, and care for important relationships with a little more consistency.

Effective Date: September 28, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Little Nudge, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Your use of Little Nudge is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, Valor Apps LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Little Nudge for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

This license does not transfer ownership of the app or any related intellectual property to you. Your use of the app must also comply with the terms, rules, and policies of the app store or platform through which you downloaded it.

3. Acceptable Use

Little Nudge is intended to support personal relationship reminders in a calm and respectful way. You agree not to misuse the app or use it in a way that harms others, violates law, or interferes with the app's operation.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app except as permitted by law
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where the law expressly allows it
  • Use the app to harass, spam, impersonate, or otherwise mistreat other people
  • Use the app in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive manner

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Little Nudge may offer optional premium features through paid subscription plans. Subscription details, including pricing, billing period, and included features, will be shown to you in the app before you complete a purchase.

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on your device. We do not collect or store your full payment card information.

5. Auto-Renewal

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before renewal under the rules of the applicable platform.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable platform to charge your account for recurring subscription fees unless auto-renewal is turned off in your account settings in time.

6. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Subscription management tools, billing timing, and account settings are controlled by Apple or Google, not by Valor Apps LLC.

7. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are generally handled by the app store or platform through which the purchase was made. We do not control platform refund policies and cannot guarantee that a refund will be issued.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please review the applicable App Store or Google Play refund process first.

8. Intellectual Property

Little Nudge, including its design, branding, text, graphics, software, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Valor Apps LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Little Nudge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor Apps LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, or that reminders and notifications will always be delivered exactly as expected on every device.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of Little Nudge.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the app will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the app or subscription during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that could create legal risk, harm other users, or interfere with the service.

You may stop using the app at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the app after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
